MailCrafts provides AI-assisted email writing tools, including Gmail integration, email summarisation, AI rewriting, and email composition features. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.

3. Account registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use MailCrafts.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Gmail & Google account access

When you connect your Gmail account, you grant MailCrafts permission to access your Gmail data as described in our Privacy Policy. This access is governed by Google's terms as well as ours. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings.

You are solely responsible for the emails you send using MailCrafts. Do not use the Service to send spam, phishing emails, illegal content, or messages that violate any law or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MailCrafts to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

6. Intellectual property

The MailCrafts name, logo, and all content on this website are owned by MailCrafts or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Content you create using MailCrafts (e.g., your drafted emails) remains yours. We claim no ownership over your email content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MailCrafts and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or errors in AI-generated content.

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated email content is accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. Always review content before sending.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable territory.
